step 1 : create 1 video and post on Youtube at least spend a 1 week creating it.

step 2 : contact Youtube channels on their social media.

step 3 : offer a free 1 minute sample on their previous video. (make the hook as good as possible)

step 4 : negotiate the price, the minimum should be 80$ for 10 min.
